Shipping Services

All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and Zendrop to ensure fast, reliable delivery across the United States.

Shipping Options and Timeframes

Standard Shipping (FREE)

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Cost: FREE on all orders
  • Available to: All 50 states

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: $5.00
  • Available to: Continental US only

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day
  • Weekend orders are processed on Monday

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states, including:

  • Continental United States
  • Alaska (additional 2-3 days for Standard Shipping)
  • Hawaii (additional 2-3 days for Standard Shipping)
  • US Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) - additional time may apply

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand internationally in 2025.

Shipping Address

Address Requirements

  • Must be a valid US street address
  • PO Boxes accepted for USPS deliveries only
  • Military APO/FPO addresses accepted

Address Verification

We verify all addresses before shipping. If we cannot verify your address, we'll contact you within 24 hours.

Order Modifications

Before Shipment

Contact us immediately at contact@canvasnail.com to modify your order. Changes can be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

After Shipment

Once shipped, orders cannot be modified. You'll need to return the item and place a new order.

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Look for a delivery notice
  3. Contact the carrier directly
  4. Contact us if still not located

Damaged Packages

  • Inspect packages upon delivery
  • Document any damage with photos
  • Contact us immediately at contact@canvasnail.com
  • We'll arrange a replacement at no cost

Lost Packages

We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If not found within 5 business days of expected delivery, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-December):

  • Add 1-2 days to standard delivery times
  • Order early to ensure holiday delivery
  • Express shipping recommended for last-minute gifts

Holiday Cutoff Dates

  • Standard Shipping: December 15
  • Express Shipping: December 20

Shipping Restrictions

Restricted Items

Ink cartridges may have shipping restrictions to certain locations due to regulations.

Weather Delays

Severe weather may cause delays. We'll notify you of any expected delays and provide updates.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You'll receive separate tracking for each shipment.

No hidden fees. The shipping cost shown at checkout is final.
