At Nail Canvas, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return

  • Products purchased within the last 30 days
  • Items in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Items that don't match the description

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products with excessive wear from use
  • Consumable items (ink cartridges) once opened, unless defective

Return Process

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

Contact our customer service team at contact@canvasnail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if product is damaged or defective

Step 2: Receive RMA Number

We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Write RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Use the prepaid shipping label we provide

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days after you ship it), we'll process your refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection Period: 2-3 business days after receipt
  • Refund Processing: 1-2 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
  • Total Time: 6-10 business days from when we receive the item

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Other methods: May vary

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion)
  • Items not in original condition but still usable
  • Items with missing accessories or documentation

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as returns and new purchases. If you need a different product, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

For items damaged in shipping or with manufacturing defects:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@canvasnail.com
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We'll send a replacement at no additional cost
  • No need to return the damaged item (in most cases)

Warranty

Your Portable Nail Printer includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunctioning components
  • Software issues

Not covered:

  • Physical damage from drops or misuse
  • Water damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

International Returns

Currently, we only accept returns from US addresses. International customers should contact us for special arrangements.
