At Nail Canvas, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
- Products purchased within the last 30 days
- Items in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Items that don't match the description
Not Eligible for Return
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products with excessive wear from use
- Consumable items (ink cartridges) once opened, unless defective
Return Process
Step 1: Request Return Authorization
Contact our customer service team at contact@canvasnail.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if product is damaged or defective
Step 2: Receive RMA Number
We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Write RMA number on the outside of the package
- Use the prepaid shipping label we provide
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days after you ship it), we'll process your refund.
Refund Timeline
- Inspection Period: 2-3 business days after receipt
- Refund Processing: 1-2 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
- Total Time: 6-10 business days from when we receive the item
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 1-2 business days
- Other methods: May vary
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items returned after 30 days (at our discretion)
- Items not in original condition but still usable
- Items with missing accessories or documentation
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as returns and new purchases. If you need a different product, please:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
Damaged or Defective Items
For items damaged in shipping or with manufacturing defects:
- Contact us immediately at contact@canvasnail.com
- Provide photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement at no additional cost
- No need to return the damaged item (in most cases)
Warranty
Your Portable Nail Printer includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Malfunctioning components
- Software issues
Not covered:
- Physical damage from drops or misuse
- Water damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns from US addresses. International customers should contact us for special arrangements.
